Copyright / DMCA notice

GetMyHotels respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on our platform infringes your copyright, you can file a notice using the procedure below. Last updated 2026-05-27.

How to file a notice

Email dmca@getmyhotels.com with the following — required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. Your electronic or physical signature (typed full name is fine).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  3. The URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material appears on GetMyHotels, with enough detail to locate it.
  4. Your contact details — name, address, phone, email.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If we remove material in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was wrong, you may send a counter-notice including all of the above information plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, the Northern District of California). We'll forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material 10–14 business days later unless the complainant initiates court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated, valid copyright complaints are terminated and the underlying user banned. We log each notice + its outcome for our records.

Outside the United States

EU users: notices under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065) can be sent to the same address and follow the same template. UK users: notices follow the UK's Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002.

Designated agent

GetMyHotels has registered an agent with the US Copyright Office under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). The registered agent and physical address are listed in our imprint.
